She has successfully applied this approach throughout her career in professional services, finance, and development. Corporate and non-profit leaders alike turn to Susan to navigate change, improve performance, and develop future leaders. Susan is committed to helping clients align their people strategy to their business strategy; often helping leaders build a roadmap to a more resilient, attractive, and energized organization that serves both people and business objectives.
Susan draws upon 30 years of experience in visioning, strategy, acquisitions, corporate finance, and operations to help leaders create a culture where their team members and business thrive. Her desire is to impact the lives of others and is motivated by the moment people connect their inspiration to action and commit to taking the next step. As a Partner at Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute, she also focuses her attention on improving internal team operations and developing our team.
Susan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Master’s Degree from Washington University’s Olin School of Business, and SPHR designation from the HR Certification Institute.
