Andrea Cornelius, Ph.D.
Client Engagement Leader
Andrea currently serves as a Client Engagement Leader at Chapman & Co. Her day-to-day work includes supporting our internal and external client projects, providing process execution and key insights from our Organizational Culture Survey with clients, and building tailored resources and tools to meet clients' needs.
Andrea brings tremendous value to our work with experience in conducting job analyses, building training programs, creating behaviorally based interviews, and participating in numerous research studies with publications in the realm of leadership and employee engagement. Working under the scientist-practitioner model, she enjoys using her training as a student, researcher, and intern to help businesses and their people bridge the gap between science and practice.
Andrea received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola University, a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida, and a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University. In her spare time, you can also find her as an adjunct faculty member at Saint Louis University where she teaches a range of organizational psychology courses.
