Behavioral Tendency Assessments
What gets measured, gets improved. People are no different. Our behavioral tendency assessments provide a common language, build self-awareness, and create pathways for feedback to be delivered.
What is a Behavioral Tendency Assessment?
Personal growth and awareness depend on our ability to compare what we believe to be true about ourselves to what is seen and experienced by others. Behavioral assessments measure the personal preferences that impact the way we work with others. They evaluate how we prefer to think, how we make decisions, how we process information, and how we interact with others. Whether your team is tight-knit or faced with challenges, we work with your organization to uncover individual blind spots, prioritize what’s important to each team member for collaboration to occur, and have critical conversations that allow you to break through. We provide your leaders with critical feedback and development tools that strengthen and build high-performing teams.
