Brian supports deep, lasting change in organizations, allowing well-intentioned leaders to be inspired and developed. You can find Brian facilitating workshops and courses that create the environment for both cultural and leadership development to occur.

Brian has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University and an MBA from Washington University’s Olin Business School. Brian has spent more than 18 years inside Barry-Wehmiller leading teams, strategies, and continuous improvement efforts.
