Emily Gauvain,

Emily Gauvain serves as a Senior Client Engagement Associate at Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute. In her role, Emily leads and supports various client relationships and internal projects. Prior to joining the team, she spent six years working for Chapman & Co.’s parent company, Barry-Wehmiller, on organizational development and talent management projects and programs. Emily finds the most fulfillment in making work a more positive experience for those around her, clients and team members alike.

Emily is a graduate of St. Louis University where she received a degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources Management. She focused her psychology coursework in Organizational Psychology giving her a unique understanding of how people show up and work together.
