Emily Gauvain,

In her role as a Consultant, Emily leads and supports various client relationships and internal projects. Before joining the team, she worked six years for Chapman & Co.’s parent company, Barry-Wehmiller, on organizational development and talent management projects and programs. Emily finds the most fulfillment in making work a more positive experience for those around her, clients, and team members alike.

Emily graduated from St. Louis University with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Human Resources management. She focused her psychology coursework on organizational psychology, which gave her a unique understanding of how people show up and work together.
