Through her role as a Senior Client Engagement Leader, Jamie is dedicated to helping companies and leaders select, develop, and retain great talent while ensuring employees are fulfilled and achieving their fullest potential in their careers. Her extensive consulting background, combined with a wide array of organizational experience in both the public and private sectors, translates into in-depth and value-added knowledge. Leveraging that hands-on experience along with evidence-driven data, Jamie is able to collaborate with her clients to positively impact their talent portfolio, business processes, and systems.
Jamie’s consulting work has focused on a variety of organizational topics, including assessment for selection, employee satisfaction, and retention, as well as larger, more systematic organizational development processes and interventions. In addition, her clear, concise recommendations and strong relationship-building skills empower her as both a coach and facilitator.
Jamie holds a B.A. in Psychology/Business from Western Oregon University as well as an M.S. in Research and Methodology and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University, where her studies focused on organizational development, personality, and team composition/building.
