Jessica Rusnack, Ph.D.

Jessica combines her expertise as a clinical psychologist with her leadership background to uniquely evaluate cultural fit and develop talent. During her 15 years of clinical experience, she focused heavily on assessments and mentoring to accelerate growth. Her passion for Industrial/Organizational Psychology led her to parallel work in corporate consulting, where she has over 15 years of experience working with diverse organizations to identify and develop high-potential talent. 

Her consulting expertise includes psychological assessment, executive coaching, leadership development, new leader acceleration, team building, and succession planning.

Jessica graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Stanislaus. She received her M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. She is a licensed psychologist in the state of Missouri and a member of APA Division 13: Society of Consulting Psychology.
