Morgan Mifflin, a Client Engagement Associate at Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute, brings enthusiasm and tenacity to her role in supporting our assessment processes. She supports our team and clients throughout the assessment process; managing candidate communications, system setup, and assessment distribution while simultaneously supporting consultants to deliver results. Morgan’s keen attention to detail and efficiency contribute significantly to streamlining our assessment operations.
Prior to joining Chapman & Co., Morgan gained valuable experience in the HR field. As part of her graduate studies, she engaged in supervised consulting work, focusing on survey design for employee satisfaction and onboarding evaluations, as well as developing structured selection procedures.
Morgan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University.
