Nicole has dedicated the last 17 years to helping companies reduce their hiring costs by avoiding bad hires. She uses evidence-based psychological assessment tools and her keen people insight to identify top-tier talent that has helped her clients prosper.
In recent years, she has focused on helping clients develop effective people strategies and implement practices that enable organizations to embrace a talent mindset and realize its benefits. Her passion lies in helping executives to prepare for greater leadership responsibilities and to adapt to changing business environments.
She has consulted in various areas, including talent acquisition assessments, executive development coaching, succession planning, and talent management.
Nicole is an adjunct faculty member at Washington University in St. Louis, where she teaches undergraduate psychology courses and Master’s-level Human Resources Management classes.
She has an MA and a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from St. Louis University and a BS in Psychology from Southern Methodist University.
