His consultation experience includes talent acquisition assessments, executive development coaching, creating mentoring and onboarding programs, and leadership development effectiveness assessments.
Peter holds a BA in Psychology and Anthropology from Washington University and an MS and PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University, where his studies focused on workplace bullying and personality.
