Shannon Groark,

Shannon’s role as a Client Engagement Associate here at Chapman & Co. is vital to the success of our ability to make an impact within the organizations we serve. She works to support all clients – whether internal or external, to ensure that training runs smoothly, projects are completed, and team experiences are impactful.

Bringing her service-minded attitude, she enjoys being her team’s “cheerleader” and ensuring they have what they need in order to be successful. She previously led admissions for a local St. Louis high school and is well-equipped to lead and collaborate with others.

Shannon obtained a BS in Leadership and Human Resource Management from Saint Louis University.
