Shannon O’Toole serves as a facilitator of various leadership development topics for Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute where she brings immense experience of people development. Having previously served in various leadership roles within the field of human resources, talent management & recruiting, and acquisitions, she keeps her quest for directing and networking talent at the forefront of her work. During her leadership career at a financial services firm, she oversaw talent acquisition efforts that resulted in an organization size increase of over 600%. Current day, Shannon serves as a coach, keynote speaker, and consultant for companies committed to their team, company, and clients’ growth.

Shannon is a past recipient of the prestigious 40 Under 40 Award from the St. Louis Business Journal. She is a certified executive coach through Coach Training Alliance. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer and Family Economics from the University of Missouri.
