Program Overview
Embark on a four-month journey of self-discovery and growth, where you will engage in Chapman & Co.'s proprietary Developmental Assessment, a one-on-one feedback session with a Ph.D. Executive Coach, immersive in-person training, and virtual learning sessions.

The program cost is $3,900 per person.
This cost includes all assessment fees and included meals during the two-day in-person training.
*An invoice for payment will be provided following your registration. All invoices must be paid prior to the program's virtual kick-off call on June 25.
We were already seeing success, which is crazy because we hadn't even had our first day in person together yet, but just listening to the conversations from the self-assessments and the debriefs that have occurred, everybody is just amazed at how closely their testing was to who their personality is.

Where is the in-person session hosted?
The 2-day in-person training will be held at 8027 Forsyth Blvd. Clayton, MO 63105 at our Barry-Wehmiller campus.
All other sessions and meetings will be hosted virtually.
