Eric Steele
Senior Client Engagement Leader
Eric Steele serves as a Senior Client Engagement Leader for Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute. With a military background and over a decade of experience in coaching and consulting, Eric brings a unique perspective to his role on the team of overseeing client project plans and strengthening new and existing client relationships. Eric believes that there is always an opportunity to learn from someone else and brings a passion and experience to empathetic listening and leadership development to each project he works on.
A former Crew Chief and Blackhawk pilot in the US Air Force and Army, Eric is currently serving as an Army Chaplain at the rank of Major. He has a bachelor’s degree from Franklin College and a Master of Divinity from Indiana Wesleyan University.
