Susan's professional passion is to solve problems creatively and to help others solve theirs as well. As an operations leader, she develops and maintains several web applications while optimizing organizational processes. She also expertly manages internal training initiatives, bringing structure and efficiency to complex operational challenges.

Susan has a BS in Education from Southwest Baptist University and a Master's Certificate in Instructional Design from Fontbonne University.
